I didn't want to talk about it.
I wanted to live it.

Over the last decade I've lived and worked throughout China and Vietnam, travelled extensively across Southeast Asia, built businesses, worked remotely, and created a life centred around freedom, flexibility and purpose.

Today Josh and his young family call the tropical island of Phú Quốc, Vietnam home — running multiple online businesses that work from anywhere in the world, and building The Higher Project alongside a team of advisors spread across China, Dubai, Thailand, Europe and Indonesia.

Like many people, I started with one income. Over time I became fascinated by building multiple income streams and creating financial resilience — investing in startups, global stock markets and digital assets, learning how long-term investing and calculated risk create greater freedom over time.

Then I found my own IKIGAI.

When Josh looked back across his career, something became incredibly clear. The moments of greatest fulfilment weren't launching businesses. Not travelling. Not investment returns.

They were the moments where someone else grew — because of guidance received.

Watching someone move abroad. Seeing a first business launch. Supporting a career change. Watching confidence replace uncertainty. Helping people realise they were capable of far more than they believed.

That became the foundation of The Higher Project — built at the intersection of real experience, genuine care, and a belief that the right guidance changes everything.
